Our Savings Plan
No Dental Insurance?…..No Problem! At Highlands Ranch Smiles, we pride ourselves on providing dental care that’s affordable—and providing alternative options for those without insurance. Our dental savings plan helps you and your family get the care you need.
With our savings plans there are:
- No yearly maximums
- No deductibles
- No claim forms
- No pre-authorization requirements
- No pre-existing condition limitations
- No waiting periods
Program Details
- Dental Savings Plans are NOT valid with existing dental insurance benefits
- Dental Savings Plans are a 12 month commitment
- Enrollment fee—each plan has a $40 enrollment fee per 12 month plan. If you sign up for auto-renewal the enrollment fee for the subsequent year will be waived.
- To sign up for the plan, a credit card must be kept on file to charge your membership fee on a monthly basis.
- This is NOT insurance. It is a savings plan that can only be used at Highlands Ranch Smiles. Should you require dental services that cannot be performed at our office, we will refer you to a specialist. This plan will not be accepted by these dental specialists.
- If you choose to use Carecredit to pay for your services, the discount on dental services will be reduced to 5% savings.
- No other discounts can be used in addition to the dental savings plan benefits.
- Membership is not for re-sale.
- Membership is valid for 1 year after your first visit.
- Cost of treatment is due at the time of service.
- Plan does not apply to orthodontic treatment, whitening services, laser treatment, botox, retail products, specialty scans, or lab fees.
Healthy Mouth Plan
$40 Enrollment Fee
$35/month adult and $23/month child
- 2 Periodic exams – $116 value
- 2 Fluoride varnish treatments – $88 value
- 2 PA radiographs (x-ray for an isolated area of concern) – $61 value
- 1 Set of bitewing radiographs (x-rays to check for cavities) – $66 value
- 2 Preventative care cleanings (does not include gum disease therapy) – $212 value
- Includes 30% off of nightguards & sealants and a 15% discount on all other treatment
- Total value of cleanings, exams & radiographs: $694.00
- Pay in full for the year and get an additional 5% off
- Adult: $399.00 + $40 enrollment fee = $439 one-time payment!
- Children: $262.20 + $40 enrollment fee = $302.20 one-time payment!
Periodontal Therapy Plan
$40 Enrollment Fee
$50/month
- 2 Periodic exams – $116 value
- 4 Fluoride varnish treatments – $88 value
- 2 PA radiographs (x-ray for an isolated area of concern) – $61 value
- 1 Set of bitewing radiographs (x-rays to check for cavities) – $66 value
- 1 Pano/full=mouth radiograph (x-ray showing all teeth/surrounding bone) – $151 value
- 4 Periodontal maintenance cleanings (does not include gum disease therapy) – $656 value
- Includes 30% off of all periodontal treatments (gum disease, debridement & arestin therapy)
- Includes 30% off of nightguards & sealants and a 15% discount on all other treatment
- Total value of cleanings, exams & radiographs: $1,226.00
- Pay in full for the year and get an additional 5% off = $570 + $40 enrollment fee = $610 one-time payment
Periodontal Plan / 2 Visits Per Year

$37/month adult and $23/month child
