Jessica was born and raised in Kansas City, MO. In 2010 she graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City’s School of Dentistry, where she served as vice president of her dental hygiene class. She also volunteered at the Kansas City Zoo, where she cleaned the teeth of exotic animals, including a cheetah, a wallaby, an African wild dog, and meerkats!
Jessica has been a part of the Highlands Ranch Smiles team since moving to Castle Rock in 2011. She and her husband, Matt, love the Colorado outdoors with their adopted dog, Buck. They enjoy hiking, snowboarding, and shed hunting. When Jessica is not working or hiking, she likes crafting, taking photographs, and trying new recipes.
Her favorite thing about being a dental hygienist is seeing patients’ inner smiles shine when they have beautiful, healthy teeth. She is proud to be a part of our team because we have caring, talented dentists, and our team maintains the perfect balance of professionalism, excellence, and fun!

Lindsay was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, living most recently in the Seattle area. She graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene from Eastern Washington University, where she trained extensively in periodontal instrumentation, restorative procedures, and local anesthesia. Since then, she has made continuing education a priority.
Lindsay is passionate about the mouth-body connection and helping patients achieve wellness through their oral health. She feels fortunate to have found the Highlands Ranch Smiles team and appreciates the collaboration and effective communication. She enjoys seeing the vibrancy in the office every day!
Lindsay moved to Colorado from Seattle in October 2014. She and her husband have a son and two cats. In her free time, she loves hanging out with her son, Oscar, writing a personal blog, and crafting of all types. She also sews baby gifts for her sister-in-law’s Etsy shop and boutiques around Denver.

Amy joined our dental hygiene team after working at a periodontal practice. That experience gave her a strong background in periodontal therapies and a firm but gentle hand. She started working in the dental field more than a decade ago as a dental assistant before she returned to school again for dental hygiene.
Amy grew up as a part of a military life and spent 12 years in Germany. She enlisted in the Air Force after high school and served as an aircraft mechanic on the KC-10. Amy later discovered that her passion was for the dental field.
Amy met her husband, Anthony, in the Air Force. They have a happy home with two dogs. Outside the office, she enjoys her dogs and loves spending time in beautiful Colorado!

Holly grew up in Southwest Michigan and graduated at the top of her dental hygiene class at Kalamazoo Valley Community College. She has extensive training in periodontal therapy and myofacial therapy. Her passion for her work stems from visits to her childhood family dentist, and she strives to provide that same great experience to all of her patients. Before becoming a hygienist, Holly spent three years as a dental assistant.
Holly moved to Colorado and joined the Highlands Ranch Smiles team in September 2013. She and her husband live nearby. They had their daughter, Addelyn, in 2015 and their son, Brady, in 2016. They also have a dog named Mya. Holley and her family enjoy exploring the mountains, hiking, snowboarding, camping, and biking.
Holly feels blessed to be a part of an office that invests in the team and in each other individually to better serve our patients. She and the team are determined to provide excellent care in a positive and comfortable atmosphere.

Courtney has been a dental hygienist here at Highlands Ranch Smiles since June 2016. She is excited to be apart of such an amazing, caring, patient-centered, and fun dental team! She is originally from the midwest. Courtney has lived in Iowa, Illinois, and most recently, Minnesota. She earned her bachelor’s degree in health and exercise science from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN, where she competed as a swimmer for four years. She is happy she returned to school to complete her dental hygiene degree. Courtney loves seeing patients have happy and healthy smiles.
Courtney and her husband, Zach, moved to Colorado in early 2016. They have taken advantage of all the wonderful things the Centennial State has to offer! On weekends, you may find them hiking (their favorite spot is RMNP), kayaking, or hitting the slopes. When they are back in the midwest, they love spending time with family including their six nieces and nephews. In her free time, you can find Courtney at a yoga class, reading a book, or catching a Chicago sports team (GO CUBS!) on TV. She looks forward to seeing you and your family soon!

Yvette graduated with honors in 2000 from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene. She worked for 11 years as a dental assistant before becoming a hygienist. She has a background in general dentistry, but she also worked part time in a periodontal practice for more than 10 years and in pediatrics for three years. Yvette has used continuing education to expand her knowledge and skills. This includes getting certified in soft tissue laser management at the Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental Studies and by the World Laser Institute.
Yvette spent her childhood in a small town in Ohio with her parents and two younger sisters, both of whom also work in health care. She moved to Colorado from Michigan in 2000. She and her husband, Damian, have three adorable children: Xander, Ayala, and Miranda. Outside the office, Yvette enjoys wakeboarding, boating, camping, snowboarding, and soccer. She also likes spending time with her family and friends.
As a resident of Castle Rock, she loves coming to work each day. She is delighted to have a job where each and every person is treated like they are the most important person there!
Semper Fidelis “Always Faithful”
Colorado native Nina has been part of the Highlands Ranch Smiles team since 2014. She enjoys working side-by-side with the strong, passionate, and professional women in our Highlands Ranch, CO dentist office. She also likes making sure our patients are comfortable, satisfied, and informed.
Prior to being a dental assistant, Nina served in United States Marine Corps with the 3rd Marine Division and 9th Communication Battalion.
She is blessed to have four athletic, smart, and handsome sons. Away from the office, she enjoys watching them play football, basketball, baseball, and wrestling. She is on the road with her sons traveling constantly to practices, games, and sport camps. In their downtime, she and her family enjoy watching professional and college sports.

Ashton has been working as a dental assistant since December 2017. She is inspired to work alongside talented and driven women. Our office works like a well-oiled machine; no matter the situation, exceptional care is given!
Ashton was born and raised in Colorado, which is also where she worked and earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science/health promotion at CSU. Before college she worked as a nutritionist/weight loss counselor. This is where she realized her passion for patient care.
Ashton has fallen in love with this area since moving here with her boyfriend. They have a dog (Zeus) and a chubby Siamese cat (Ketana). Her parents and younger sister currently live in New Mexico, and her little brother is pursuing an acting career in Chicago. The most important thing for her, hands down, is spending time with her loved ones. She also enjoys finding new creative outlets for herself: painting, drawing, teaching herself how to play an instrument, etc.

Tanya has been working as a dental assistant at Highlands Ranch Smiles since April of 2017, although, her first experience here was as a patient. We had her at “Hello”, and Tanya couldn’t help wondering what it would be like to be a part of such a tight knit team that goes above and beyond for their patients.
If you notice Tanya’s accent, then you should know that she was born and raised in Kyiv, Ukraine and moved to the United States as an exchange student in 2004. That is when she met her husband. Being a military family, Tanya and her family have traveled around for a while and landed in colorful Colorado. She and her husband have three wonderful children (Kai, Trey, and Evelyn) who keep her on her toes. They like skiing, hiking, camping, and enjoying good times with family and friends (that usually revolve around great food).
Tanya looks forward to seeing you at our practice! She wants you to remember that a smile is happiness you can find right under your nose.

Lindsey was raised in Cushing, Oklahoma, and has five brothers. A graduate of Brigham Young University, she moved to Colorado in 2013. November of 2014 was a significant month for her. That is when she married her husband, Tyler, and joined the Highlands Ranch Smiles dental team!
Lindsey enjoys being a dental assistant and helping patients achieve beautiful smiles and inner happiness. She feels fortunate to be a part of a wonderful team that has created a great working environment.
In her free time, she enjoys being in the outdoors, playing sports, hiking, mountain biking, road biking, playing games, and spending time with her family and friends.

Megh is a Highlands Ranch native and a dental assistant at Highlands Ranch Smiles. She has loved every minute as a part of our team! One of her favorite things about our office is working alongside our doctors, learning new things, and getting to use the latest and greatest technology to improve our patient experience. With a love for surgical care, Megh considers herself lucky to receive an ongoing education with the doctors to improve her techniques with extractions, root canals, implants, and more.
In Megh’s down time, she coaches girls soccer teams for the Highlands Ranch Soccer Association and Littleton Academy. She has been a coach for five years and enjoys getting girls ready for competitive play. Megh keeps busy at home with her blue heeler, Cookies, chiweenie, Poncho, and beautifully kind and smart daughter, Autumn! Her life is in constant motion, and she can’t wait to meet you and your family and help make the dentist office a loving environment you will want to visit many times!

Katie was born and raised in Double Oak, Texas. Before moving to Denver in 2016, she attended Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and played on the volleyball team. As a student-athlete, she learned the importance of hard work and time management (and even how to sleep on a bumpy eight-hour bus ride).
Katie still enjoys playing volleyball whenever she can, whether it’s on the sand, the grass, or the court. She loves snowboarding, hiking, and exploring all that Colorado has to offer with her sister, who is also her roommate, and their two dogs, Carter and Indie. She has been part of the Highlands Ranch Smiles family since July 2016 and is excited to continue to grow personally and professionally with the team!

Emily has been a dental assistant at Highlands Ranch Smiles since November 2016. She always wanted a career where she could help people and feels incredibly lucky to have found just that!
She was born and raised in Lakewood, CO and could never imagine living anywhere else. She attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins where she met her amazing husband. They live in Littleton with their beautiful daughter and three rescued fur babies.
Emily is a huge sports fan, but she especially loves the Denver Broncos thanks to her Grandma. When it’s not football season, Emily enjoys sitting on a patio with friends, camping in the mountains, attending concerts at Red Rocks, and soaking up the Colorado sun!

Jackie (AKA Jack) was born in Wisconsin and grew up in the suburbs of Phoenix, Arizona. After graduating from Arizona State University, where she majored in health & wellness, she worked as the practice manager for one of Phoenix’s most reputable skin clinics. Jackie moved to Colorado in late 2012 to find and explore new avenues for herself.
She has been with Highlands Ranch Smiles since December 2013. When asked what continues to attract her to Highlands Ranch Smiles, Jackie said, “The women who work here have the unified strength, professionalism, and compassion that I strive to embody within myself.” When Jackie isn’t working as your treatment coordinator, she enjoys exploring the outdoors and spending quality time with her husband, Pete, and her son, Grey.

Sydney is a proud Colorado native and has been with Highlands Ranch Smiles since October 2015. She earned her bachelor’s degree in fine arts with an emphasis in film theory from the University of Colorado in Boulder, but health and wellness have always been passions of hers. She loves helping patients achieve their oral health goals as one of our treatment coordinators!
When she’s not busy helping patients navigate their treatment plans, Sydney loves stretching her legs in the beautiful Colorado wilderness alongside her adventurous husband, Tanner. They share a love for traveling and hope to continue crossing exotic locations off their bucket lists. Syd is also passionate about Colorado craft beer and enjoys trying the many great breweries in the metro area.
Above all else, family is the most important thing to Sydney. She feels lucky to live close to her immediate family, all of whom reside in and around Denver. More often than not, you can find her hanging out in her childhood backyard with the fam, eating her dad’s famous home-cooked food, and watching her nephews play.

Ellen has been a member of our front office team at Highlands Ranch Smiles since July 2016. She is so grateful to work with incredible people and has enjoyed expanding her knowledge of dentistry. Ellen is a proud Colorado native who grew up in Fort Collins and earned her bachelor’s degree in social work at Colorado State University. During and after college, much of her time was spent leading Wyldlife, a ministry for middle schoolers, and working at Camp Timberline in Estes Park.
Ellen has lived in Denver for a few years and is lucky to live close to her brother’s family, including her sweet (and sassy) niece and mellow nephew. Her parents, other siblings, and their families are spread out around the country, but they love to FaceTime and prioritize spending time together whenever possible. When she’s not working or playing with her family, Ellen loves running outdoors, exploring new Denver spots, or reading a good book.

Laura has been with our practice since moving to Colorado in the summer of 2017. Helping to bring joy into every patient’s day is an exciting new career for her after more than 20 years teaching high school students the joys of mathematics.
Laura grew up in Texas and graduated with a bachelor of science in mathematics from Stephen F. Austin State University. She then moved into a career in instructional technology and secondary mathematics in Florida and Georgia. She is happy to now call Colorado home.
Sharing positivity with our patients and interacting with enthusiastic and collaborative coworkers makes every day a grand adventure at Highlands Ranch Smiles. When she is not welcoming patients, Laura loves spending time with her husband, Gary. You will most likely find them on the mountain bike trails, hiking with daughters Zoe and Emily, and simply enjoying the beautiful vistas around every corner.

Ashley was born in Hawaii, raised in Southern California, and came of age in Colorado. After working in Texas for four years as a contractor for the United States Army in their medical department and some extensive traveling, she decided to move back home to Colorado to be closer to family. Within a month, she was offered the position of Director of First Impressions here at Highlands Ranch Smiles, and she couldn’t be happier!
Before working here, Ashley had very little background in dental healthcare and has loved learning many new things about dentistry, which helps her assist you! Helping others has a huge place in Ashley’s heart. She has done a lot of grassroots community and environmental organizing in and around Denver and in the Austin, Texas area. Being able to help patients every day makes her incredibly happy and is her favorite part of the job!
In her free time, Ashley enjoys adventuring around Colorado with her fur baby (a Chow Chow-Retriever mix named Penny), cooking, singing, and learning how to play the ukulele. Another huge passion for her is traveling. After visiting California, Costa Rica, and Hawaii, she’s looking forward to spending more time at home with family and working here at Highlands Ranch Smiles!

Jennifer is a Michigan native who graduated with a bachelor’s of science degree in health sciences from Michigan State University in 2015. She relocated to Colorado in August 2017 along with her boyfriend, Ryan, and their two dogs, Chara and Miller. She happily made her return to the dental industry, joining the Highlands Ranch Smiles’ team, as a treatment coordinator in October 2017. Her favorite part of working here is the genuine care and enthusiasm each member brings to the team daily. Outside of work, Jennifer spends as much time as possible in the sun with her pups exploring all that beautiful Colorado has to offer.

Cydney grew up all over the country, but she considers New Orleans home. That was until she packed up everything she owned and headed to the great state of Colorado in 2016, determined to make a significant change in life. Having previously worked as a licensed esthetician and makeup artist, helping people feel like their best selves has always been one of her driving passions, in addition to her dedication to excellence and providing exemplary customer service.
In summer 2017, Cydney joined Highlands Ranch Smiles as a devoted member of our front office staff. She has thoroughly enjoyed working and collaborating with such a talented group of like-minded women. She is committed to continuing to grow and evolve with the team.
Away from work, Cydney spends as much time as possible exploring the beauty of Colorado, whether she is hiking, taking a scenic drive, or trying a new cuisine. Embracing the magic of the mountainous landscape has been a highlight of her Colorado journey.

Sarah joined our team in 2017 and has loved every minute of it! She was born and raised right here in Colorado and earned her BS in forensic chemistry at UNC. She worked as a chemist for eight years, but after her son was born, she wanted a career that offered a better work-life balance.
It was true serendipity for her to find this unique position at such a gem of a practice! It’s so energetic, skillful, compassionate, and on-the-rise! With a strong background in math and problem-solving, she thrives on the challenges of dental insurance, and she loves going to bat for our patients behind-the-scenes.
Now, it’s her, her husband, James, and her son, Luke, taking on the world and smiling every day! They love keeping things simple: swimming, playing at the park, watching movies, and making art. She couldn’t ask for more!
