So, being a general dentist ... I actually when I was in dental school I thought I wanted to specialize in pediatric dentistry. I love kids but the more training that I had just in school I realized I loved the variety of general dentistry and I love being able to do lots of different things and provide lots of different solutions. So, I knew that was what I wanted to do and being out, there's so much different continuing education out there, so it keeps life exciting for me. Always adding new services, learning better ways to do things instead of just doing one simple thing. It allows us to see so many different types of patients since general dentistry is going to cover pretty much every type of dentistry, so I think it's fantastic.

Prevent Oral Health Problems By Finding Them Early
Our goal is to help all our patients remain free from tooth decay and periodontal problems for as long as possible. We also know that most people will have a cavity at one time or another. If you have any issues, we want to find them in the early stages. When you come to us for a dental cleaning and exam, we will screen for:
- Oral cancer
- Gum disease
- TMJ disorder and other jaw problems
We also use advanced dental technology to find problems as early as we can. This includes:
- Digital X-rays, for quick and clear images
- Panoramic X-rays, for a view of your entire mouth
- DIAGNOdent, to reveal cavities in their earliest stages
- Intraoral cameras, so we can show you what we see
We Focus On Preventive Dental Care For A Healthy Smile
Brushing, flossing, and regular professional cleanings and exams are the foundation of good oral health. By having a consistent oral hygiene routine, you are more likely to remove plaque and tartar before it can lead to more serious problems.
What you eat affects your risk of cavities and gum disease, so we also offer nutritional counseling, dental sealants, and fluoride treatments. Sealants protect your teeth from harmful bacteria, and fluoride makes your teeth stronger.
You also may want to ask how you can get a mouthguard from us to:
- Protect your teeth from accidents and injuries while playing sports
- Prevent the wear and tear caused by teeth grinding in your sleep
- Stop your snoring and improve the quality of your sleep
